Yoga is a wonderful way to align the body, mind and spirit. It has many benefits and is a wonderful adjunct to psychotherapy. Yoga is a valuable, ancient tool for self realization, creating positive change and overall wellness.
Everyone has a unique set of challenges and there are many pathways to change. No technique, method or philosophy works for everyone, therefore I am focused on utilizing wellness and holistic methods in creating individualized plans to get people where they want and need to be.
