1) Come onto your knees and hands

2) Sit on your heels

3) Bring your big toes to touch

4) Draw your knees out wide to the edges of the mat

5) Forehead rests on the mat

6) Arms extend out in front of you

7) Hold for 3-5 rounds of breath
