Benefits of Extended Puppy Pose

- Start in Table Top on your hands and knees. Keep the hips high and walk the hands out in front of you until you feel a nice stretch through the spine. Toes can be curled under or tops of the feet flat on the mat.
- As you exhale, shift hips back towards the heels. Press hands into the mat. Keep arms active and extended so elbows are off the mat.
- Release forehead to the mat and relax the neck.
- Breathe into the back, feel your spine lengthen. Hold for 30 to two minutes.
